As a staff member for a very long time ,i have been through lots of changes.All companies need to change to stay survive in todays marketplace.However,the ones that seem to be implementing the changes don't seem to have shopfloor experience and seem to be adding so many obstacles that are getting in the way of customer service e.g. evolve .fits and so many planogram changes make life instore very difficult.Yes,customers do seem more aggressive , I think it's because staff have less time to devote to customers needs. And as you say Mr McLeod the board have a responsibility to shareholders but shouldn't that apply to staff also ?
