Hi i worked for B&Q for over 20yrs and over that time I have seen things change for the good of the customer and the eveyone who is part of the team @B&Q ,yes sometime we get it wrong .let us know so we can put it right. However we are a big ship change takes time to get to all of the teams with in B&Q .remeber no one goes to work to do a bad job. |
