A review of Halfords by Alli - Sunday 18th of November 2007
I work in Halfords, I started a few weeks ago.
May I add that the customees that we have at Halfords think that we can work miracles. We are purely human beings that need to go out work. I am quite often abused by customers who, lets face, it just can't get what they want and either sulk about it or shout and scream until they do. I am sick of customers who think that just because they come into the store and ask for something they have the right to have it given to them whether we stock it or not! I am a mother returning to work after raising my family I am often spoken to like a 16 year old child because the customer cannot get his or her own way. If my children spoke to me like that at home I would ground them for a week or more. Why do I have to put up with it at work?? If people were a little more patient, and let us explain things, before quoting the customer is always right maybe they would get what they wanted and leave the shop happy.
