"Learn English for goodness sake!"

A review of Alluring Nails & Tanning by Sarah - Monday 19th of November 2007

Ok so they do a good job in there and my nails last long enough, but would it kill them to speak a bit of english!? i mean, when you ring up to make an appointment you cant communicate with them and sure enough when you turn up on time they have booked 5 people and there are only 2 assistants in the place! Which means waiting for ages so dont bother making plans afterwards! Also they dont speak to you at all the whole time you're there, except *wash hands now* and *pay now*.If you try to ask for a nice design, you might end up with something completly different and then you're stuck when u try to explain thats not what you wanted and feel like a right pain.
And there's obviously the constant gibberish in their own language, which, excuse me if i sound paranoid, make you feel quite inadequate and brings back school memories of fellow schoolmates and their *chinese whispers* (excuse the pun!)
Overall, a good professional salon but im glad i only have to go once a month!
