I AM TOTALLY GODSMACKED BY SOME OF THESE REVIEWS, I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT TRADE SECRET FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS NOW AND I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED AS ONE PERSON PUT IT , CLICKING MOUTHS AND TURNED UP NOSES!I FIND MY STYLIST VERY BRIGHT AND BUBBLEY I WOULDNT DESCRIBE HER AS SULLEN, MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO BACK AND TRY SOMEBODY ELSE? MY STYLIST IS CHARLOTTE AND AFTER I SEE HER I ALWAYS FEEL BETTER, AND SHE CERTAINLY WOULDNT SEND ANYONE AWAY IF THEY WERENT HAPPY!
