"Whinging Halfords customers"

Halfords customers are amongst the worse I have experienced. As an ex Halfords employee i have to state that the company does insist on putting the customer first.
The staff in many cases do try hard while being paid minimum wage in short staffed stores.
Most customers know and understand this but still whinge. ie my wife went to have a bulb fitted and they fitted the wrong one...not nice with mot the next day blah blah. Flip side of the coin -
wife "my front driver side dipped beam bulb has gone can you replace it?"
The job is done for under £10 in five minutes but CUSTOMERS wife has told the guy the WRONG side of car.
She`s going to tell her hubby the truth now isnt she.
Quick phone call to Customer services and dead bulb replaced with £10 gift voucher and £5 per hour Johny gets his backside kicked.
