The last review for Toni and Guy Exeter which is dated april 2004 is absolutely ridiculous! If you are too cheap to pay for a proper haircut by a fully qualified stylist, then you shouldn't moan about how you are treated when you come in for a £10 haircut with a trainee. Everyone has to start somewhere and if this person thinks that it was an 'ordeal' then she really needs to get out more. Also how often do you update this website? I think keeping reviews online after 3 and a half years is ludicrious.
