"Great After Sales service"

A review of Hughes Electrical by Mike - Wednesday 5th of December 2007

I bought a HUMAX PVR from Hughes, which had a fault of poor receiver sensitivity.

Hughes could not replicate this failure, because their TV signal was much stronger than where I live,
but they replaced the receiver with no fuss.
The problem was solved. I have since bought another Humax from them for my parents.

I am using them for another purchase this week.
