This is true but i do have to disagree about shopping elsewhere..
game do employ a few spanners it has to be said..but i have also had the problem of wrong disc in box too, but from gamestation. luckily i checked it as i was walking out the store so easily got it changed. game is still a great store even though some members of staff look like they would be better off on job seekers allowance :D :D
I do still recommend it to gamers (use the website if you aren't wanting the game THAT DAY, it's hell of a lot less hassle)
