With reference to comments regarding B&Q broken appliances that are older than 3 months but less than 12; how the hell can any retailer be liable for faults, they dont know how you are treating or mistreating items. Wake up this is the real world B&Q are a business not a charity. If you purchase a quality top range appliance the service you recieve from the manufacturer as a customer is second to none. Buy cheap and you get crap! You don't get quality at bargain basement prices from any company.
B&Q staff in my experience do a marvellous job and should be praised for their efforts.
