"NOT ALL ARE THE SAME"
A review of Zenith Windows by David Mines - Friday 14th of December 2007
I run my own, small double glazing company in East Sussex. I can assure everyone reading these reviews that there are some genuine, responsible and professional companies out there who do not operate in the manner of Zenith Windows and such like. When someone calls me and wants a quote, I'll attend site, measure, answer any questions and leave. I then send a written quotation which may or may not get accepted. There's no salesman, no gimmicks and no pressure. If someone can get the work done cheaper, that's fine by me if that's what they want. In actual fact, I often tell people to get at least three quotes. We've all got to make a living but some do take the mick. Unfortunately, many people fall for the 'buy one get one free' and 'free building work with your conservatory' offers etc. You don't get anything for nothing, when will people learn. When you pay people like Zenith, you're paying for the door canvassers, salesman, surveyors, offices, showrooms, company cars, literature, bonuses, vans, etc, etc.. With smaller companies like mine, you're paying for me, my assistant and my van, that's it. You get all the same guarantees and probably better quality products.
