"Whingeing Halfords customers"

A review of Halfords by Ryan Lawson - Saturday 15th of December 2007

I have to agree with Harry. I am a frequent Halfords customer and have been astonished at some of the folk I have heard complain. They have been rude and offensive to staff who are doing their best to help. These same folk who shout about their "rights" are generally the same people who choose to deny you yours. I have always found Halfords staff to be generally helpfull and courteous, unlike some of thir customers
