John, would appreciate you contacting me in the next week, preferably before I request my Personnel Manager trace your store location.

There are for obvious reasons a number of emotive comments from customers on here who have suffered poor service. If you are coming on to comment on behalf of the company then either offer to assist with outstanding issues & or poor service or give a mature balanced approach to resolution. None of these am I seeing.

There are comments on here I find concerning, therefore contact me sooner rather than later.
