Well What Can I Say, You Have One Bad Experience And Its The End Of The World, And You Make It Your Mission To Let Everyone Know! 
 
But If They Give You Good Customer Service And You Extreamly Happy When You Leave, You Wont Take Your Time To Write A Letter Of Thanks.  
 
But If Your Not Happy You Take Ages Making Pointless Winey Letters. 
 
Is Sad. Everyone Makes Mistakes ... You Me Or Anyone Aint Perfect  
 
So Grow Up And Get On With
