I have shopped for car stuff at Halfords for very many years and NEVER had one problem .The staff have always been extremely efficient,courteous and helpful.But in this world you will always get some ignorant oafs who just love to complain about anything just to have a moan and a whinge.They are the type of person that would complain that a surgeon who has just saved their life has left a half inch scar on their abdomen---they make me sick
