I am glad to have found this site. I had a salesman/designer around yesterday who drew up some satisfactory plans (well they looked OK on paper). He then gave me an all-in price of £2900 for two double wardrobes and a 45 degree angle robe with shelves. I thought the price was on the high side but he expained that the build quality was superb and would be fitted by Sharp's fitters to a high standard. However when he had left, with a £500 deposit, I studied the paperwork in more detail and discovered that the pre-discounted price was marked as £7000!! (Sharp practice indeed and obviously made up on the spot). Clearly this is absurd and I shouldn't have been fooled so easily. So, first thing tomorrow - cancel cheque, cancel credit agreement, give self severe smack on the arse and vow to never be such a silly boy again (until the next time?)
