I have recently been a customer of the Whitstable branch of Stead and Simpson and it must have been Christmas as a Miracle occurred...I was treated with respect, cheerfulness and great patience..unheard of in the majority of High Street stores.!
Thank you to the manageress and the staff who..despite being rushed off their feet took time to help me and my husband ..we went on to purchase a pair of shoes each and i bought several items of ladies-wear also because they do clothes as well.
I will definately shop there again if this is the standard of service we can expect.
( the shoes were excellent also! )
