Apologies for the delay in responding to your review.

It would be helpful if you could give more detail regarding the precise timing, delivery method and state of kebab on arrival in order to answer this mystery.
It is possible for an experienced scooter boy to cover several miles within a few minutes. On a busy night City Kebab may be smart enuff to produce a number of semi made small doners (the most popular order) and place them by the side of the grill to keep them warm, then when said order is taken, only the salad and chilli sauce needs to be bunged on and thrown across to delivery boy on his scooter with motor running.
