Just a quick note... as an employee of KFC, I can tell you that they are not the type to extend their opening hours to gain more customers... if anything, this would mean more labour costs, more running costs for the store, more wasted products (they usually cook some off, and are allowed to hold it for a set period of time, after which it is discarded)... it would be a false economy.

The only reason I can see the management from Woking doing something like this is because they had sufficient demand for the product to warrant opening the store for longer.
