I am fed up coming to look at a website and finding a whole list of complaints from people about certain shops. So what - you get good and bad service anywhere - its not going to stop people shopping there if that is what they need.
Think of the poor staff, you are only making it worse for them a i bet none of you have ever worked in retail!
