"'parking fine'"

My elderly parents parked their car on Aldi's car park in Macclesfield a few days before Christmas and went shopping there (didn't go in any other shops) and got fined for being 6mins over their time on the car park. There were very long cues and they had to wait a long time to get through the check out.
