If the last complaint is genuine and not a malicous attempt to discredit our excellent reputation, I ask you to please contact the Salon at your earliest conveneice. I have searched our computer based appointment system for the past three months and can find no record of your appointment. I also do not recall any attempts by myself to deal with such a complaint(as you mentioned). I really would like to address any complaint you have with us personally. If I cannot resolve the situation I will over you a full refund of any service charge you recieved. Here at REEDS we are dedicated to client satisfaction, our aim has always been to provide you the client with the best possible service. We use the best people, the best products and the best technology to deliver the best Salon visit you can find anywhere. If we ever fail to meet your expected level of client satisfaction and you the client makes us aware of this we will act upon your disappointment immediately.
