Your lack of gender in your addressing of the previous poster is indicative of the fact that you do not "remember this person very well". Clearly the only reason why "people like Chesney stand out for what they are" is because they are the only people prepared to comment on your abrasive attitude. It would be nice if good old-fashioned respect was earned by good old-fashioned service, rather than returned by the timeless trait of ignorance disguised as feistiness.
