"Get Some New Staff!"

We have been to the Varsity a few times from 2006 until mid 2007. As of 2008, they employed zombies as staff and they no longer seem to care about the customer. The new waitress will just plonk the food down in front of you as if you were an animal at the zoo.

The food: My husband had the good fortune of ordering the steak whereas I was lumbered with the moussuka. I have had it there before but the creamy sauce topping used to have taste but now it is tasteless. If the staff looked like they cared, I might have said something but I will just go somewhere else next time. Get some new chefs and waiting staff and the place will have a chance again. I am not one for singling people out but definitely lose the waitress.
