For an organisation has big has b & q people have to accept that sometimes we can get it wrong. I work for my local store and we have an excellent back up team for when things go wrong. yes some stores are beter than others but unless you deal with the general public on a day to day basis then you have no idea how some people can be.eg rude wanting everything yesterday cheap and in stock. Plus most of us are only earning just above the minimum wage. But hey somebodys got to do it.
