I don't agree that ALDI don't have an efficient complaints procedure.You just have to read the information in the stores,on the leaflets,and on the website.For appliances etc. ALDI recommend you contact the manufacturer first,at the number they provide, because it should get your item fixed or changed quickly.But they are not saying you HAVE TO do that.You can take it up with the store manager instead. There are three ALDI stores near me, and I have not heard any complaints about them.The staff are brilliant, and the managers helpful if given the chance. However, the store staff are entitled to expect people not to rant and rave at them.A bit of politeness still goes a long way to getting problems sorted out.
