People please, GET A LIFE. Imagine all of you customers coming down on to the staff. I have had all sorts done to me in my time at B&Q, from threats to throwing things at me. Put yourself in my shoes i earn £5.82 per hour and all day i have people screaming abuse at me. Then you get the customers with the most stupid of problems and they are the most agitated. Why do customers always exagerate everything. I dont understand the customers that really are mucked about are perfectly calm. The more you people scream and shout abuse at us the less likely we are to help you. At the end of the day while im at work i care i will do anything in my power to help you but once i get home i really dont care. B&Q are not a bad company, if we were then why do we have millions of pounds and many loyal customers.
