There not that bad. of course some centres are better then others. but you can get that anywhere.i have worked in several centres in the almost 4 years ive been with them and trying to improve customer service in each one. each centre i have worked i gained loyal customers. only a handfull of the customers are unhappy due to length of wait. some customers think that brakes can be checked over in 5 minutes.Thats your lives in our hands its not to improve sales if you need more its going to benfit you. same with all the products we sell. tyres you may think you need 2 but once a tyre inspection has been completed and shown all 4 are worn. we should be showing you the tyres. again the customer is benifiting due to handling of the veichle. just makes you think kwikfit dont con people its what you need. you here stories about kwikfit that puts you off dont let it, hardly anyone rights good reviews.
