A review of Halfords by Stuart - Tuesday 22nd of January 2008
I've worked for the company for nearly 5 years now, am a Deputy Manager of a store and have a good understanding of how the company works. I'd just like to ask you, before you condem all the staff of Halfords, to step back and look at the amount of items we sell, including heavily specialist lines! Also, staff turnover is rapid, training is minimul, and wage budgets instore constrict the amount of staff that can be hired, hence the apparent staff shortage. Halfords is a rapidly expanding company, that is branching into more and more fields to keep you, the consumer, happy. Now I can't really say much about the poor service that some of you have recieved, but just bare in mind that we can't all be experts on everything we sell. Thanks for reading, comments welcome.
