My daughter was weeks trying to get a faulty microwave sorted out apparantly the help line was in germany and cost a small fortune ringing , she was always told "They would get back" but never did she nearly gave up after sitting in for two wekks waiting for it to be picked up. It was finally resolved with a refund so don't give up just set aside severall hours over severall weeks to "Sort it".
