when i went shopping on wednesday in my local store everything was going fine until i went to the checkouts. I was pointed at and told that this till is closing go to number 2 till feeling as if i was back at school i obediently went to till 2 where i was informed she was closing and to go back to till four where i had just come from.as you can imagine i was now very confused and wondering if i was ever going to get served. I think the problem was that the staff had not liased properly about breaks and seemed to think that they where all on the same one.
Luckily for me a competent young lady arrived opened till 3 and was helpful and polite otherwise i was about to abandon the trolley in the aisle and leave.
