Hi all

I know Bango very well as i work in the mobile industry - that are a billing company for content providers. By that i mean that MTV, The Sun, Man Utd etc use Bango so that their customers can buy content on phones. They are widely regarded as very transparent and not scammers. If you have received lots of SMS's from them then you have clicked and bought lots of content.

If you have charges then odds are you (or someone using your phone) has browsed the internet and purchased something. So for example if you have a £18 bill then you may have bought and downloaded 6 items of content at £3.

Its not actually Bango who you have bought from - the company using their billing technology is the one you want to get in contact with.
