Having just spent over £3,000 booking Indochina experience holiday with Trailfinders it also included 10days freelance at the end of the tour in Thailand to do our own thing before returning to England. We decided we might like to extend our time in Thailand by a week so contacted Trailfinders to amend this. We were told that we had fixed rate air tickets and under no circumstances could these be changed. When asked why we were not advised of this at the time of booking we were told they were sorry!!!and advised if we read the itinery fully we would see the mentioned tickets. This was too late as we had paid in full. I feel like we have been sold a cheap rate air ticket and Trailfinders are just another moneymaking business with little consideration for their customers. SO BEWARE FOLKS
