"Don't go to that pub!"

A review of The Alma by Veronique - Thursday 7th of February 2008

More than unfriendly staff. You can't have a glass of tapwater; you NEED to order a drink with your food, because "these are the rules of a pub"!
And when the waiter spilled a glass of cider over me (on purpose or not, I'll never know), he didn't apologize or even offer to replace the drink! As if splashing customers with alcohol all over their clothes and even in the eyes was just normal! He is just a bad person, so is the landlord.
If you want to have a good time, just don't go to that pub!
