I have been to Toni & Guy in Doncaster 3 or 4 times as a model, doing them a favour, and whilst they have always been polite I feel other areas of services for their clients have slipped since my first appointment. When I had my hair cut there it ended up about 3 inches shorter than I asked for, and yes, hair does grow back and it is not a huge deal, I wanted it longer.
