Charlie Chans id 2 restaurants in one. Downstairs is the basic but authentic noodle bar whilst upstairs is a classy restaurant. It also offers 2 prices in one with the noodle bar being very reasonable, whilst upatairs the classy surroundings are reflected in the prices. Both serve dim sum noon to 5pm, which although a little limited does offer 3 types of chicken feet.
