We ordered a pizza and side orders at half past 6, the order took until 8 to arrive. This was stone cold with a side order missing, so we rang the outlet and they offered to re-send the order. They complied, however 40 minutes later we still had no sign of any order, so rang again. They offered to re-re-send the order at 5 past 9 in the evening. Our evening and dinner has been ruined by poor service, as, for a prospective dining time of 7pm, we are now awaiting delivery which may not reach us until 10 if at all!

We have had this experience twice before, but trusted to 'third time lucky' as we have both faith in human nature and human error. We will be ordering from Dominoes in future.
