"Know your rights"

I am not an employee of S & S BUT I do believe in Human Rights, and I am appalled at the way the dedicated and loyal staff of this company have been treated during recent weeks. There are laws in this country giving rights of consultation over matters such as have recently occured at S & S, and I BEG ALL employees (whether retaining their jobs or not) to seek advice from their local Citizens Advice Bureau, because they may be entitled to a protective award for lack of CONSULTATION, this could be as much as 3 months pay, this is NOT a redundancy payment and does not only apply were redundancy has taken place, IF YOU DON'T TRY YOU WILL NOT GET IT!!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL.......Concerned.
