"Very disappointed"

Went to the Golden Hind for lunch today and came away very disappointed. My meal took 45 minites to arrive, while my friends meal only took 10. Ended up asking for tin foil to wrap my meal in as I had to go back to work. There was no appology at all. Next time I will go somewhere else.
