"STAFF WITH LACK OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE"

When requesting if Cummin Seeds were sold,I had a shelf area pointed out to me,which seemed to contain nothing of what I needed.I asked one of the staff if
she could help.The reaction was to ask me what were Cummin Seeds,what did they look like and asked me if
they were like the orange coloured beans on the shelf.Even her colleague could not help.
Result: no purchase and no future purchase either as
I will now resource my product needs
elsewhere,unless I can be convinced that
staff are given product training.You are not
alone,as I have found that 'Homebase' staff
can be just as product blind.
