"Do you ever consider the staff"

I myself have worked for halfords,i have worked for many other retailers and have noticed a serious decline in respect and understanding that the members of "joe public" direct towards staff these days!
you must understand halfords pay minimum wages to staff who are young as most people wont work for minium wage,there is a huge turnover in staff as most young people these days couldnt care less if your sat nav bike radio is broken when they are only being paid e8.70 an hour. there are 1,000,000 things a day that need to be done.
your anger should be directed to the board of directors who take handsome wages and bonus. next time your angry ask yourself "could i work here for e8.00 per hour" and still smile.....?
the customer is not always right,a lot of the time they are infact wrong but mistakes happen on both sides. remember would u like someone getting aggresive with your son/daughter...... next time it could be
