I was really shocked to receive a parking fine through the post for staying shortly over the allotted time on an aldi car park. Having been a regular customer for years it has left me very reluctant to use their stores again. I realise that people can't just park any where for however long they wish but it is a bitter pill to take when it had not been done intentionaly. I will pay the fine as there is no choice but I think a more cutomer friendly way of ensuring the car park is only used by aldi shoppers should have been adopted. For example taking a ticket from a machine and paying on leaving if required and Not big brother watching you.
