If you had an Associates agreement that was sold to Welcome Finance (nationaly) around 2002/3.

Did you check you were covered by the PPI that you purchased with your Associates agreement once Welcome took over legal ownership.

It may be worth asking now, as we can't find any trace of one since 2002 and Welcome will not supply the paperwork, but the policy was paid for in bulk under the Associates agreement and Welcome have continued to collect for it?
