Hi im an employee of superdrug and im actually quite shocked to see so many bad reviews! for those of you that have had poor cutomer service i can only say that its most probably down to lack of enthusism and ignorance from lazy members of staff. i can honestly say that i try my best to help anybody and if what they want is not in store then i'll direct them to the cheapest and most convenient alternative store!
With regards to recipts etc etc it was recently brouhgt in that we are STRICTLY not allowed to return exchange or replace an item without proof of purchase. the only exception to this rule is if the item in question is obviously a superdrug branded product and is faulty.
i'm just a saturday girl as i study at college but i still make an effort to keep up with product knowledge and deliver best customer service!!
sorry too all of you who have bad experiences with superdrug but i just wanted you to know that we aren't all lazy horrible or really annoying!!
