Firstly, I wish to point out that those of you especially anon writers who have left Libellous remarks about Diane, her staff and salon.Your IP address can be traced and currently Diane is taking these unfounded allegations very seriously. I have been present when she has received time wasting hoax calls to her salon from other salons in the cambridge area, yes you read correctly..'other salons'.It didnt take a genius to trace the phone calls!
For you genuine people out there, Diane ALWAYS gives the cost of any hair cut/treatment etc upon enquiring,
and I certainly have never heard her pressure her customers in purchasing products.

Internet sites are not exempt from any libel laws. If you are publishing on the internet you are bound by the same libel laws as print publishers.

In the UK, internet service providers are coming under increasing pressure to close sites containing defamatory allegations. You also have to be careful about the comments others post on your site. There have been cases where individuals have sued online publishers for libel over customer book reviews published on their sites.

I am not only speaking from 3yrs of personal experience of going to Dianes but have many friends who are also regular clients, and have never experienced any of these ridiculous incidents.

I was very lucky to find Diane International. After a trauma I lost a lost of my hair. Diane was very empathetic and conducted a long consultation going through various options and proceedures with me. At no time did I feel under any pressure to go through with a sale. She advised me that hair extensions were not suitable for my thinning hair, but an integration which is added to my own hair to create fullness. I first went to see Diane in April 2006 and I would never go anywhere else. From the time you enter the salon, you are looked after, with drinks etc.
Diane is also very accomodating and will fit anyone in if she can at last minute.
Comments were made about Dianes salon being dated..I would call it original. There are too many clinical looking salons around that look more like operating theatres than hairdressers. Diane has a quirky individual style and I feel it is in keeping with Dianes very chirpy & fun outlook.
I feel very strongly about people discrediting her, especially as it seems there is quite vicious competition out there. Diane will sort any complaint immediately and is not a 'tyrant' or 'con artist'.

I would without any reservations recommend Diane Hair International, as she has saved me a lot of heartache and embarassment over my hair loss.
