Are you all just lazy or stupid. Every single Aldi product and receipt has their Head Office address printed on it. So stop your moaning and type a letter to them instead of wasting your time typing your complaints on here. It's getting you nowhere!!!

ALDI WEBSITE (aldi.co.uk), This also has their address and guess what a PHONE NUMBER.

I think this site is just anti aldi from people who either haven't got a brain or just LIE!! I mean fancy ALDI having such an unrelated website address.
I am sure they would be very pleased to receive feedback on poor customer service as you are right this is not acceptable.
So if your complaint is genuine, use some initiative and get your problem sorted.
