Hi everyone its Angel I have just read the comments by Ian Smith about the new buying team and although inexperience is worrying, at the end of the day we would all have been out of a job without Shoezone anyway so lets all just give the new team at Head Office some time to find their feet, I would hope that they would welcome input from the more experienced staff that remain who could tell you without stopping to draw breath what the problems with the stock have been like over the last year. We need to pull together to make this work not pull it apart before its even started, Shoezone are a sucessful business and although the shoezone model won't crossover exactly to the Steads business I am hopeful that they can put us back on the right road once again.If not then it really will be the end of us but at least we have been given a second chance to get it right..... Ps What store are you from Tracey ??
