"Apparently you cant email them"

I had a query for them recently and their website says they cannot be contacted by email because it is not secure, and they insist on phone contact.

This is a bit of a laugh, because phone is at least as insecure as email, especially when you consider that most people in the UK dial up using a phone line to send email anyway!

As for why their deals are far worse for UK people, you can blame the financial services industry, especially high street banks and the government for that.

The UK is well known to be a ripp off place - clothes, petrol, cigarettes etc cost half as much in the rest of Europe. We get ripped over here, and our government loves it as they get a larger chunk of tax on each product.
