The review entitled "Employee Rights" has taken several attempts to get onto this site, consequently time has elapsed, this time is VERY IMPORTANT there is only 3 months in which to place a claim so it is vital that you act now.
Please bear this in mind this is not an attack by you on one or more individuals, it is a individual exercising their right (under law)to attempt to claim a payment for the incorrect proceedure followed by the company, incdentally if you have any doubt, I would be very surprised if the higher management and directors are concerned lavishing in their large comfortable homes or large cars etc.
Again Good Luck there are no gaurantees when persuing this type of claim but it's free and you may win.
