The type of catering and bakery operation we run requires our staff to be masters of several skills, its damn hard work, and can be very stressful. All our staff are trained, and do an exceptional job. Without doubt there are a few who aren't good enough, but when I see and hear some of the pig ignorance they have to put up with from some customers, its makes my blood boil. There are a minority of people out there who deliberately go out of their way to upset and antagonise our staff, thinking it funny that they can upset them, and yet we still have to smile at these people and be polite. Politeness and courtesy apply to all of us, all the time.
